Who can book guest parking?

Residents the board has given access. They book on behalf of their guests and enter the car's licence plate.

How long can a guest park?

You set the shortest and longest duration, up to 24 hours per booking. The default is 30 minutes to 24 hours in 15-minute steps.

How does the caretaker know which cars are allowed?

Every booking with its licence plate appears in the admin, and you can search by plate to see whether a car has a valid booking.

Can a resident book for several guests at once?

Yes, with different licence plates. You decide how many active bookings each resident can have (the default is 2).

Can we charge for guest parking?

Yes. Set an hourly price and the resident pays when booking with Vipps, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The price is prorated per minute.
